With dedicated public relations efforts locally and internationally, Africology has created greater consumer awareness and demand. Africology spa franchises are now opening in the USA, Greece and Cyprus, and so we took note of the necessity and power of a brand concept. Our consumers have created brand loyalty though their preference for holistic Africology products and treatments
Naturally, this ‘word of mouth’ advertising can only be beneficial to your establishment.
Consumer demand for Africology treatments has also grown exponentially, owing to the fact that Africology treatments are constantly reformulated for maximum diversity, creativity and overall originality. Our brand ethics and commitment to deliver a range of products that are therapeutic, rather than only pampering, has proved that consumers are becoming more educated in reading labels and becoming aware of what is really natural compared to other marketing concepts, which claim to be selling a natural product when the reality is different.
Our intention is to create a beneficial relationship between us as supplier, and you as stockist that can help both parties to grow and succeed.
Renchia Droganis’ (CEO Africology) background as a life coach and metaphysical counsellor with many years of experience in holistic healing can greatly assist in the development of your staff and therefore the improvement of sales and staff happiness.
As an Africology-only spa we can provide you with the following services:
- Once a year we will do a staff productivity evaluation, with a comprehensive report on staff needs, strengths and weaknesses and how this can either benefit your spa or affect its productivity. No fees charged with the exception of outlaying areas (please see terms and conditions)
- Regular motivational training seminars at prices that are affordable. For spas with a high-turnover margin, these motivational sessions are completely free!
- We create signature protocols for your spa: this includes signature (homemade) recipes that will give your spa another unique selling point/ differentiator.
- We will train up to 6 community ladies in your area for free as part of our community development initiative. This way we know we have contributed toward the development of at least one more woman and her income potential. Her contribution in your spa is phenomenal, as there are many benefits to employing her, such as readily available labour which is more sustainable and ensures staff stability.
- Our international PR agency is focused on assisting your spa in promoting its signature treatments with exposure in local and international magazines.
- We work closely with the SA tourism office in the UK and soon in other international offices, in promoting Africology and its partners. This is very valuable in terms of inbound tourism.
- Our in-house graphic designer will assist in creating any spa menus at no additional cost.
- Renchia will personally assess your hotel/spas development needs and provide a creative plan in how to implement new ideas. This includes wellness-tourism such as the ones done for Bushman’s Kloof, as well as many other effective marketing strategies between the hotel and spa.
- Supply your spa with all its merchandising (POS) needs for free, ie posters, spatulas, glass domes and testers and more.
- BEE – our community development projects automatically becomes part of your spa's BEE rating. We will also supply you with photographs of community initiatives as well as material, which will aid you in creating your own PR portfolio.
